RemedyWay OÜ is an Estonian business. It operates in everything that is related to human health: publishing handbooks on health; making honey blends from natural raw material, raw buckwheat sweets and snacks; buckwheat shell products; cosmetic salves. RemedyWay was created to promote the results of Virgo and Ljudmilla Mihkelsoo’s 20 years’ worth of work, and to bring their ideas and experiences to the people and the international market. RemedyWay is the leading raw buckwheat manufacturer and distributor in Estonia. The Production of RemedyWay The first RemedyWay products were made in the kitchen of Virgo and Ljudmilla Mihkelsoo, in Viira Talu. However, more people becoming interested in the products and the aspiration to produce in larger quantities lead to the establishment of a factory in Täkumetsa Village, East Viru County in 2014. They decided to build and equip the factory following all the best ecological production guidelines. 'Öko' organic farming certification.In April 2015, the RemedyWay factory in Täkumetsa Village, East Viru County was given the organic farming certification. Everything we produce is gluten free and made of pure Estonian raw material. We use honey instead of sugar in our handcrafted products, and they do not contain preservatives or other harmful chemicals. Acclaimed Estonian TasteMany of our products hold the quality label “Tunnustatud Eesti maitse” (Acclaimed Estonian Taste) (with the symbol of a coroneted swallow), which indicates the quality of our products. On 6 September 2015, RemedyWay OÜ earned a letter of thanks from the Ministry of Rural Affairs of Estonia as a recognition for the enhancement of the buckwheat of Estonia, bringing high quality products to market, and for promoting buckwheat!
