Vinification and Maturation:
This wine is obtained from selected and handpicked Sangiovese grapes, which fermented at a strictly controlled temperature.
Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby red colour. Red and dark fruits’ aroma, particularly reminiscent of black cherries, blackberries, and plums, for a very delicate, fruity red wine. Also flower aromas are perceptible, mainly violet. An overall well-structured wine, with a dry, sapid palate.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with cold cuts starters, roasted red meat, dry or
fresh-filled pasta with meat and tomato sauce, and well-aged cheeses. Uncork just before serving at room temperature.
