Organic Potato Juice

Potato juice is obtained from freshly picked potatoes that come from regional, organic farms in Germany and the Netherlands. In order to preserve as many of the potato ingredients as possible, they are carefully pressed into a naturally cloudy and not-from-concentrate juice. For a more extended and natural long life, the juice is fermented with lactic acid and it therefore stands out with its slightly sour flavours.
