Organic milk chocolate with whole hazelnuts and 36% cocoa - 100g

This Alce Nero milk chocolate and hazelnut bar blends the flavour of milk chocolate with the richness of whole hazelnuts. The cocoa used for our milk chocolate with whole hazelnuts is certified Fairtrade and comes from Latin America where it is grown by groups of farmers, including the members of the Appta Association in Costa Rica and the Norandino Cooperative in Peru. After the beans have been roasted they are processed using the expertise of the historic Swiss chocolatier, Chocolat Stella, an Alce Nero partner. Alce Nero, the Appta Association and the Norandino Cooperative are part of Cooperativa Sin Fronteras, a cooperative which has promoted the quality and wholesomeness of raw ingredients since it was established, but which, more than anything else, fosters social and environmental sustainability.
