This dark chocolate bar with ginger has a sharp flavour that enhances the intense aroma of the 70% cocoa, creating a chocolate bar with a truly interesting taste. The cocoa used for this chocolate is certified Fairtrade and is made by the Asociación de Productores Orgánicos de Vinces (Apovinces) – the Vinces Organic Producers Association – located in the Los Rios province, Ecuador. After the beans have been roasted they are processed using the expertise of the historic Swiss chocolatier, Chocolat Stella, an Alce Nero partner.
