Our partner who produces the Rosso Bianco according to an ANDECHSER NATUR recipe is Paturages Comtois. The organic milk comes from the region of Franche-Comté and the Larger Area of the Vosges, a region where traditionally only organic milk is produced because of the existing mineral springs and the associated nature reserves there.
