Take ... 800 g plaice fillets 1 jar Byodo Pesto Rosso basil, chopped 12 slices of Parma ham Byodo Atlantic Sea Salt with Herbs Pepper Byodo Olive Oil, extra virgin - mild Byodo Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP
Plaice fillets with pesto Preparation: Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C. Mix the pesto with the chopped basil. Season plaice fillets with Atlantic Sea Salt with Herbs and pepper, brush with pesto basil sauce and cover with 1-2 slices of Parma ham. Roll up fillets and place in a casserole dish greased with olive oil. Bake in pre-heated oven for approx. 15-20 minutes. Baste with Balsamic for serving.
