Cocoa beans and powder give this muesli with gluten-free oats and buckwheat a fantastic colour and a bitter-sweet flavour. Cashew nuts provide a crunchy bite while banana and apricot give the muesli a sweet, fruity finish — and there are tigernuts and maca in the mix too! One portion of the muesli contains 19% of the recommended daily amount of iron and magnesium.
