Alce Nero Baldo rice features large grains with a compact, crystalline structure and a translucent white colour. This is a long-stem, native Italian variety with a deep root system, which are characteristics that guarantee a healthier plant and greater nutritional quality in our product due to its ability to draw nourishment from the richest layers of soil. It is an extremely versatile rice, which is excellent for salads and risottos. We recommend serving it al dente. It is packaged in a protective atmosphere. Each packet comes with a narrative label that describes the organoleptic characteristics, the areas of origin and farming techniques.
