Alce Nero wholegrain rice features honey-coloured grains. Baldo and Ribe varieties are used, depending on what our rice farmers have available, and they feature similar organoleptic qualities. Both are long-stem, native Italian varieties with deep root systems which guarantee a healthier plant and greater nutritional quality in our product due to their ability to draw nourishment from the richest layers of soil. It is perfect for vegetable potages. It is packaged in a protective atmosphere. Each packet comes with a narrative label that describes the organoleptic characteristics, the areas of origin and farming techniques.
