Bee pollens are 2-3 mm, nectar-moistened, sweet-tasting pellets, which in their chemical make-up differ from standard pollens carried around by the wind. This type of pollen can cause an allergic reaction less often than the other type. Inside these pellets are 18 amino acids, B-vitamins including Folic Acid, 28 minerals including (Fe, K, Mg, Zn, P). These pollens improve blood production, regulate gastric acidity and strengthen resistance. Recommended adult dosage is 1-2 tsp per day, and up to 1 tsp per day for children.
It is best to melt the pellets in warm water and take before breakfast. People with bronchial asthma, B vitamin allergies or adolescents should consult with M.D. before use
