Alce Nero organic acacia honey features a light colour, a floral aroma with hints of vanilla and an overall delicate taste. Harvesting takes place between May and June in the regions of Tuscany, Piedmont, Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy. After the honey is extracted by mechanical centrifugation, it is left to decant, then filtered and packaged without ever undergoing heat treatments for its preservation. Acacia honey is perfect for sweetening herbal teas and infusions, fruit, yoghurt or milk.
