Alce Nero organic orange blossom honey features a distinctive light colour, fruity aroma and citrus flavour. Harvesting takes place in the Sicily, Calabria and Basilicata regions between April and May, depending on the flowering stage. Excellent in sweet recipes and paired with cheeses, after it is extracted by mechanical centrifugation, it is left to decant, then packaged without ever undergoing heat treatments for its preservation.
