Alce Nero organic forest honey features an amber red tone and an intense aroma. Harvesting takes place between August and September in the regions of Piedmont, Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy. After the honey is extracted by mechanical centrifugation, it is left to decant, then filtered and packaged without ever undergoing heat treatments for its preservation. Forest honey is perfect paired with fresh cheeses, such as ricotta or mascarpone.
