Organic gluten-free gnocchi with quinoa are a true Italian classic - with a new twist. They are al dente after cooking for only 2 minutes and contain a high amount of Quinoa (10%). With only a few ingredients the gnocchi have a great flavour of potato and are rounded off with a lightly nutty character.
