Alce Nero Gragnano paccheri, large tube-shaped pasta, is made from traditional varieties of organic Italian durum wheat, including Senatore Cappelli and Saragolla, and holds the prestigious Protected Geographical Indication certification (I.G.P.). It’s crafted using an artisanal process that includes a rough extrusion process through bronze dies and is then left to dry slowly at low temperatures. Thanks to the artisanal process used to craft it, Alce Nero organic Gragnano paccheri pasta has a delicate flavour that goes with all sauces, especially fish-based ones.
