This olive oil is made according to an ancient tradition entirely without artificial aromas: Its base is a medium fruity olive oil from the multiple award-winning Umbrian oil-producer Luigi Tega. Prime lemons grown at the Amalfi Coast near Naples are added to this oil – these lemons are famous for their intensive taste. By squeezing them at the same time as the olives they are directly added to the olive oil. Only this unique procedure manages to capture the lemons´ natural aroma and create an olive oil with an extraordinarily rich and diversified taste.
