This olive oil is made according to an ancient tradition entirely without artificial aromas: Its base is a medium fruity olive oil from the multiple award-winning Umbrian oil-producer Luigi Tega. Prime hot chilli from Calabria is added to this oil - this peperoncino is famous for its fiery aroma. By squeezing it at the same time as the olives it is directly added to the olive oil. Only this unique procedure manages to capture the peperoncino´s natural aroma and create an olive oil with an extraordinarily rich and diversified taste.
