Prime pink grapefruit from Sicily are added to this oil – these grapefruit are famous for their especially fruity taste. By squeezing them. them at the same time as the olives they are directly added to the olive oil. Only this unique procedure manages to capture the grapefruit´s natural aroma and create an olive oil with an extraordinarily rich and diversified taste.
