A new combination with our flagship product, the balsamic vinegar of Modena, this time married the sweetness of the chestnut quality. The soft chestnuts in conjunction with the balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI combine perfectly with vegetable soups, poultry or game, pastries, cheese and ice cream. Chestnuts are another unique gastronomic: soft and fragrant are excellent to enrich turkey, pheasant and game; the perfect recipe is the stuffed chicken, but are fabulous to accompany soft cheeses and ice cream.
