Dressing - MELAGRO

 With the Melagro we did it again! Here is our new sweet and sour apple dressing. An innovative product which was thought, developed and realised from us at " Acetificio Andrea Milano" in order to give to our public a taste which was both new and very traditional at the same time, like the taste of the oldest and most traditional and genuine European fruit, the apple. The balance of the sweet and sour taste, naturally present in the apple, gives its taste the possibility to roam free in both directions: the sweet as much as the savoury one. You can indeed use it or roasted or boiled meats , fresh cheese as well as aged cheeses. Try it with cream or vanilla ice cream or plain yogurt , it will gives a very special taste!!
