Take ... (2 serves) 6 medium-sized potatoes 250 g fish fillet 1 large egg Flour, breadcrumbs for coating Freshly milled pepper 2 tbsp Byodo Frying Oil Olive, Mediterranean Lemon juice 1 tbsp Byodo Frying Oil Sunflower Paprika powder, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme (as preferred)
Fish & Chips for Children Preparation: Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into wedges. Mix the potatoes well with the Frying Oil Olive, Mediterranean, salt, pepper, paprika powder, rosemary and thyme in a bowl, then arrange on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Bake at 180°C on top and bottom heat for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Rub fish fillet with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cut it into small pieces. Prepare three bowls with flour, egg (beaten) and breadcrumbs. Dip the fish fillets into the flour, then the egg and then the breadcrumbs. Repeat if necessary. Turn the potato wedges in the oven in the meantime. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fillet pieces on both sides until golden brown. Arrange nicely on a plate and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Goes ideally with a fresh salad and Byodo Ketchup for Children.
