Our organic Pesto alla Genovese doesn't just taste perfect when used as a sauce for perfectly cooked al dente organic pasta, it can also be spread on bread or used to put the finishing touches to your stunning meat and fish dishes.

Take ... 450 g puff pastry 1 jar Byodo Pesto alla Genovese 8 tbsp. Parmesan, grated 1 egg yolk 2 tbsp. cream
Pesto pastries Preparation: If necessary, allow the puff pastry to thaw, roll out the dough, spread the Pesto on it and sprinkle half of the Parmesan over it. Roll up the puff pastry from one side and cut into approx. 1 cm wide slices. Mix cream and egg yolk, brush the buns and sprinkle the rest of the Parmesan. Bake at 170° circulating heat for approx. 15 minutes. Suitable for a buffet or as antipasti with salad.
