Spirit Vinegar

This classical vinegar is produced from high-quality organic grain. In this way it gets its extra mild, almost neutral taste. Contrary to the other Byodo vinegar specialities our Spirit Vinegar contains 10% acid and can only be used in a diluted form. Neutral and versatile! -extra mild taste -made from grain spirit -not heated and sulphured -natural vinegar fermentation -only available in 10 kg cans -bulk packs on request! Due to its very mild taste Byodo Spirit Vinegar 10 % acid may be used universally. Mainly our spirit vinegar is used for the preservation of vegetables as well as the production and processing of organic products.Caution: Please do not use our Spirit Vinegar 10 % acid for cooking in an undiluted form!
