Carciofi e Limone Organic

Artichokes are very popular in Italy and their origins can be traced back to ancient Roman times. But not only this makes Italians the world´s top artichoke consumers: it is also the intense flavour of these exquisite vegetables. For this pesto we only use prime Italian „Violetta“ artichokes. This delicate variety stands out through its especially nutty aroma. By combining them with fruity Sicilian lemons and tangy parsley this pesto becomes the perfect summer delight.
