Organic fig and lemon preserve - 270g

The sweet flavour of the figs blends perfectly with the right note of tartness provided by the lemon in this preserve, coming together in a blend which is truly pleasant and never cloying. Like all Alce Nero preserves, it contains no pectin and is made using the vacuum-pan method, which involves low temperatures and extremely short cooking times, thereby leaving the aroma, scent, and flavour of the ingredients used intact.
