Alce Nero organic plum preserve is made with over 100% fruit (per 100 grams of finished product), and it’s free of pectin. The vacuum-pan method involves low temperatures and extremely short cooking times, which leave the aroma, scent, and flavour of the plums essentially intact. Try it on your tarts or in your sweet recipes.
