Alce Nero Senatore Cappelli and corn crackers are made by mixing corn and Italian-grown Senatore Cappelli durum wheat together. The latter is distinguished by its intense aroma, strong flavour and tall ears of wheat that can reach up to 1.80 metres and end in their unmistakeable black bristles. They’re ideal as an alternative to bread or rusks at breakfast. They’re also delicious when lightly heated.
