Alce Nero organic baby artichokes in olive oil are grown in Apulia and are harvested only when they have reached the right level of ripeness. After they’re harvested, the artichokes are cleaned and carefully inspected so as to choose only the tastiest and most tender hearts. The pasteurisation and packaging processes are carried out at low temperatures, so as not to alter the ingredients’ characteristics. Alce Nero baby artichokes are preserved in extra-virgin olive oil and seasoned with aromatic herbs.
