Only home-grown types of apples are used for producing our organic Cider Vinegar, natural clouding. It tastes deliciously fruity with all salads, in Chutneys and for the preservation of different sorts of meat and vegetables. Cloudiness or deposits on the bottom of the can do not indicate a loss of quality but reflect the natural production procedure.
