Wild Jerky jerkies
Jerky production as a way of preserving dates back thousands of years.
The Wild Jerky product family includes wild boar, elk, deer and beef snacks. All the products differ in taste, aroma and structure. Since these four animals are all quite different in their diet, the nuance of flavour to the meat is the food that the animals themselves eat.
Products are made exclusively from selected raw materials with the lowest fat and highest protein content. The meat is seasoned with herbs, flavourings and salt. To get jerky, high-quality game or beef is dried so that it loses approximately 70% of its initial mass and is then cut into thin slices across the fibre.
Thanks to the low fat content and high concentration of proteins, the products of Wild Jerky are in high esteem among athletes. Adding the fact that the meat is 100% of natural and “wild” origin, we get snacks with properties as good as those of any so-called “superfood”.
