Frozen yoghurt “meets” sorbet that’s entirely plant-based and twice as tasty?
Really?
Yes, really.
Trust us: the combination of soft coconut and fresh, ripe strawberries is heavenly. And because we use a whole punnet of sweet, red strawberries in every cup (no less than 20%), we don’t need to add any flavouring or colouring agents. We just keep this frozen treat beautifully simple and purely natural.
Coco Frost Strawberry contains agave syrup. Agave syrup is a type of sugar from the nectar of the agave plant and has a low glycaemic index (GI). We’d have preferred not to have used any sugar in our Coco Frost, but as far as we know, it’s not possible to make naturally ‘scoopable’ ice cream without some sort of sugar. So we went for agave syrup and even then, we only use a small amount to ensure a great texture.
Coconut milk contains saturated fats and these make you feel full nice and quickly. 110ml (two scoops) should be plenty for the average ice cream eater.
Coco Frost is naturally free from dairy, gluten and soya. So it’s suitable for vegans, vegetarians and omnivores everywhere.
