Organic Artichoke Juice with Lemon

The naturally cloudy artichoke juice is a not-from-concentrate juice made from artichoke flower buds that are picked while still closed and carefully processed. The natural tart flavour, just like its brown colour, is a characteristic feature of the unprocessed juice. The flavour of the artichoke juice is rounded off with the addition of lemon, which also helps to preserve it.
