Alce Nero acacia honey features a light colour, a floral aroma with hints of vanilla, and a delicate taste. Harvesting happens between May and June in the Tuscany, Piedmont, Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy regions, depending on availability. After the honey is extracted by mechanical centrifugation, it’s left to decant, then filtered and packaged without ever undergoing heat treatments for its preservation. It is perfect for sweetening herbal teas and infusions, fruit, yoghurt or milk.
