This wine is obtained from selected and handpicked Malvasia grapes, which fermented at a strictly controlled temperature.

Intense colour, a refined and profound aroma, fresh with a pleasantly dry palate.
Food Pairing:
It perfectly matches fried foods and fish dishes. Also excellent with crudités of steamed prawns, dressed with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Serving temperature:
Serve cold at 10- 12°C.
